1. Scope-Based Pricing: Fees are determined based on the complexity and depth of the research required.

2. Deliverables: Includes trend analyses, competitor benchmarking, and ingredient insights.
    

We offer select research assets and expert consultations at fixed prices:

1. Research Reports, Market Insights, and Ingredient Tools: Prices are listed on the respective Products Page and updated regularly based on content depth and scope.

2. "Call the Expert" Sessions: One-on-one consults can be booked directly with clear pricing and inclusions.
    

Please note:

1. All prices for digital downloads and expert services are inclusive of applicable taxes.

2.  These items are non-refundable once purchased.

 

Custom Services: Formulation, Branding & Production
 

All other services — including custom formulation, prototyping, design, and bulk production — are priced based on your unique project needs. A tailored quote will be provided after your discovery call or brief submission.
 

Pricing is influenced by:

1. Number of SKUs

2. Ingredient complexity

3. Packaging & design needs

4. Regulatory and testing requirements

Payment & Engagement Terms
 

1. A project initiation fee or deposit may be required to begin services.

2. Invoices are issued based on agreed milestones or deliverables.

3. Final outputs are shared only after full payment is received.

1. Initial Deposit: A 50% deposit or as agreed upon, is required to commence any project

2. Milestone Payments: Subsequent payments are tied to project milestones, as outlined in the project agreement.

3. Final Payment: Final outputs are shared only after full payment is received

 

Revisions & Cancellations
 

1. Revisions: Each service includes a specified number of revisions; additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate.

2. Cancellations: Projects canceled after initiation are subject to a cancellation fee, which covers work completed up to that point.
