Shipping & Replacement Policy for B2B Clients

At Skinovation Sciences, we offer tailored research, formulation, branding, and production services for skincare businesses. This policy outlines how we manage delivery, intellectual outputs, physical shipments, and replacement eligibility in a B2B context.
 

 

Research Services (Reports & Strategic Documents)
 

  1. Delivery Format: All research deliverables (e.g. market analysis, competitor benchmarking, formulation insights) are shared digitally via secure PDF, slide decks, or cloud-based links.

  2. Delivery Timeline: Timelines are agreed upon during project kickoff. Delays (if any) will be communicated in advance.

  3. Revisions: Each research project includes 1–2 feedback rounds, depending on scope. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

  4. Non-Refundable: Due to the intellectual nature of research, no refunds are offered once the initial delivery is made.
     

 

 Sample & Product Shipment Terms
 

  1. Custom Formulations: Prototypes are dispatched post project initiation and payment. Lead time varies (7–21 business days).

  2. Final Production Orders: Shipped after written approval of both formula and packaging. Timeline: 2–4 weeks post-approval.

  3. Shipping Partners: We use DHL, FedEx, or other tracked courier services. Costs are invoiced or included as agreed.

 

 Locations & Logistics

  1. We ship globally to verified business addresses.

  2. International clients are responsible for any customs duties, clearance, or import regulations in their country.

 

Replacements & Quality Issues

  1. Digital Services: In the event of file corruption or access issues, we will resend the file at no extra cost.

  2. Physical Products: Replacements are considered only for:

    • Items damaged in transit

    • Batches not matching the approved prototype

To request a replacement:

  1. Notify us at hello@skinovationsciences.com within 5 working days.

  2. Provide evidence (e.g., photos, batch details).

  3. We’ll review and replace/resolve on a case-by-case basis.

 

 Cancellations & Modifications

  1. Cancellations are not permitted once a research report, formulation, or production phase has commenced.

  2. Scope changes or add-ons must be requested in writing and may involve cost/time revisions.
